Refund, Cancellation, Rescheduling &
Grievance Policy
NanoSchool — Operated by IT Break Com Private Limited. Applicable to Indian and International Participants.

NanoSchool provides virtual workshops, courses and mentor-led programs delivered by specialized mentors and subject-matter experts. Depending on the program, registration may include live sessions, hands-on activities, recorded lectures, study materials, practical resources, mentor guidance and certification.
Please review the following conditions before registering.
A full change-of-mind refund may be requested if the written request is received:
- within 72 hours of successful payment, OR
- at least 5 full Business Days before the scheduled start date;
provided that:
- the first live session has not started; and
- paid recordings or restricted digital content have not been accessed.
Once the first live session begins, a change-of-mind refund is not available.
This applies if a participant:
- attends only Day 1 or part of a session;
- joins late;
- cannot attend subsequent sessions;
- develops a personal or professional schedule conflict;
- experiences participant-side internet/device issues; or
- simply decides not to continue.
Once the first session begins, delivery of the purchased educational service has commenced.
Where included in the program, participants may continue learning through the provided recordings and study materials.
Accessing paid recordings, presentations, study materials, notebooks, datasets or other restricted digital resources constitutes use of the purchased learning content.
After such access, a normal change-of-mind refund may no longer be available.
Subject to the Policy, the participant may choose:
- one-time transfer to the next available batch;
- transfer to another suitable program; or
- NanoSchool learning credit valid for 12 months.
Minor timetable or operational changes do not automatically create a refund entitlement.
A participant may request a refund before attending the revised program where NanoSchool makes a material change, such as:
- moving the start date by more than 7 calendar days;
- changing the start time by more than 4 hours where the participant cannot reasonably attend;
- changing a live program to recorded-only delivery;
- materially removing a core advertised module; or
- reducing the committed duration by more than 20%.
If NanoSchool cancels a program and does not deliver it, the participant may choose:
- full refund;
- transfer to a rescheduled/comparable program; or
- learning credit of equal value.
Programs advertised as hands-on may combine:
- mentor demonstrations;
- guided practical exercises;
- software/tool execution;
- notebooks or code;
- datasets;
- precomputed examples; and
- result analysis and interpretation.
Conceptual instruction may also form part of a hands-on session where required to understand or perform the practical activity.
A Service-Quality Complaint is different from a change-of-mind refund request.
Even after a program has started, NanoSchool will review genuine allegations involving material non-delivery, including:
- a core advertised topic being materially omitted;
- a promised hands-on component being materially omitted;
- NanoSchool failing to provide joining/access credentials;
- actual delivery being materially shorter than committed;
- promised recordings/materials not being provided after reasonable follow-up;
- repeated NanoSchool-side technical failure; or
- the delivered program being materially different from its published description.
NanoSchool may review the published curriculum, recordings, attendance, session duration, mentor materials, access records and participant communications before making a decision.
Depending on the verified issue, remedies may include corrective delivery, missing materials, additional sessions, transfer, learning credit, partial refund or full refund.
Differences in:
- teaching style;
- mentor accent;
- pace;
- difficulty level;
- depth of explanation; or
- participant preference
do not, by themselves, establish non-delivery where the program has been substantially delivered as advertised.
Objective concerns regarding missing promised content or hands-on activities will nevertheless be reviewed.
Where included in the purchased program, participants receive access to recorded lectures and associated learning materials according to the program terms.
All recordings and materials are for the registered participant’s personal learning use only and must not be shared, resold, redistributed or made publicly available.
Approved refunds are normally:
- returned to the original payment method;
- processed in the original transaction currency wherever technically possible; and
- initiated within 7 Business Days after approval.
The final credit time depends on the participant’s bank, card issuer or payment provider.
The same NanoSchool complaint process is available to participants worldwide.
International participants do not need an Indian bank account, residential address or mobile number to submit a complaint.
Any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the law governing a participant’s transaction remain unaffected.
