  • Visualization and evaluation of mapping quality
  • Variant Call File Format (VCF)

  • Bacterial whole genome assembly using SPADES
  • Assessment of genome assembly using BUSCO, QUAST
  • Genome Annotation
  • Functional annotation using EGG-NOG mapper
