🟩 Day 1: Foundations of Sustainable Supply Chains Topics:
  • What is a sustainable supply chain?
  • Principles of circular economy and lifecycle thinking
  • Environmental, social, and economic impacts (triple bottom line)
  • Key standards and frameworks (GRI, ISO 20400, GHG Protocol Scope 3)
Demo/Discussion:
  • Analyze a simple product supply chain (e.g., coffee or smartphone)
  • Map upstream and downstream impacts
🟨 Day 2: Traceability and Digital Monitoring Topics:
  • Importance of traceability: from raw material to end product
  • Technologies: RFID, Blockchain, IoT sensors
  • Key KPIs: emissions per unit, energy/water use, ethical sourcing
  • Data collection and integration (ERP, LCA, IoT)
Hands-On Demo:
  • Use a Python + Pandas script to simulate traceability logs
