- Analyze a simple product supply chain (e.g., coffee or smartphone)
- Map upstream and downstream impacts
- Importance of traceability: from raw material to end product
- Technologies: RFID, Blockchain, IoT sensors
- Key KPIs: emissions per unit, energy/water use, ethical sourcing
- Data collection and integration (ERP, LCA, IoT)
- Use a Python + Pandas script to simulate traceability logs
- Simple dashboard or map showing supplier nodes and alerts
- Impact categories: carbon footprint, water footprint, labor welfare
- Scope 3 emissions and supplier audits
- Reporting formats (ESG reports, SDG mapping, CDP)
- Policy implications and green procurement strategies
- Build a simple impact scorecard using a provided dataset
