About Workshop

This 3-day advanced workshop explores the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence on criminal law, constitutional rights, cybercrime, surveillance, digital evidence, and procedural justice. At the same time, it is also being misused for deepfakes, impersonation, financial fraud, misinformation, cybercrime, and online harassment. Participants will learn how criminal liability, privacy, equality, free speech, due process, digital evidence rules, and accountability apply in AI-enabled environments. The workshop will include case-based discussions, practical legal scenarios, AI-tool demonstrations, and hands-on activities related to cybercrime risk mapping, deepfake analysis, constitutional impact assessment, and digital evidence documentation.
